Loice Otafiire Finally Finds Out Why Hubby was ‘Forcefully Retired’ From Seminary

Wife to General Kahinda Otafiire, whom she fondly calls Mr Otim Otafiire has finally found out why her sweet husband was shown a red card from Katabi Seminary.

Loice Otafiire posted on her X-Handle complaining that her husband kept doing the opposite during a Church fundraising on Sunday, 12th July, 2026.

Loice says Otafiire kept telling her to sit when the rest were standing and reciting prayers.

To make it worse, he would tell her to stand up together with him when everybody else was sitting and vice versa.

Loice full statement:

So yesterday I found out “Mr Otim Otafiire” @otafiire only did 2½ terms at the seminary before he was “forcefully retired.” 😅

Throughout Mass he kept whispering, “Now we can sit,” while everyone else was standing and reciting the prayers.

Whenever he told me to stand, the whole congregation was seated. Whenever he told me to sit, everyone else was standing.

I only got it right when I decided to copy the Archbishop instead. 😂

That aside, it was a great honor to attend the AMDEF fundraising.

My sincere appreciation to the organizers @NWSCMD and the Church for championing projects like these. Initiatives that empower the congregation, create jobs, and help religious institutions become more self-sustaining deserve our support. A truly commendable vision.
