Fyno UG reportedly detained at Kyengera Police station under mysterious circumstances
Singer and songwriter Fyno UG (born Joseph Suuna) reportedly spent Saturday night in police custody after he was arrested by security officers under circumstances that remain unclear.
According to fellow singer Kid Dee, Fyno is currently being held at Kyengera Police Station, although the exact charges against him have not yet been disclosed.
Kid Dee alleged that the arrest stemmed from a performance booking at Kash Bar in Kyengera, where Fyno had been invited to perform.
Upon his arrival at the venue, police officers on a patrol reportedly showed up and took him into custody.
The precise reason for the arrest has not been established, and authorities are yet to issue an official statement on the matter. However, we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Reacting to the incident, Kid Dee described Fyno UG as a humble, soft-spoken, and down-to-earth individual, adding that he was shocked to learn of his colleague’s arrest.
As of now, Fyno remains in custody, with hopes that he will be released once the issues surrounding his arrest are clarified and resolved.
