Kalifah AgaNaga Responds to Low Turnout at Nassanga Concert
Singer Kalifah AgaNaga has expressed gratitude to fans who attended his Nassanga concert despite the event attracting a smaller crowd than many had anticipated.
The concert took place over the weekend at Forest Park Resort, Lweza, where hundreds of fans turned up to support the singer.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station after the show, AgaNaga acknowledged that attendance fell short of expectations but said he remained appreciative of those who came to celebrate with him.
"I am happy for celebrating with my fans. I organised to celebrate with them and I am grateful for the support they showed me. I am really grateful," he said.
The singer maintained that the enthusiasm of the fans who attended made the event a memorable experience despite the lower turnout.
The concert has since generated discussion on social media, with some industry commentators, including Prima Kadarshi, using it to highlight broader concerns about concert attendance and event promotion in Uganda's music industry.
