Here Is Why Court Martial Declined To Remand Besigye And Lutale

Dr. Kizza Besigye and Obeid Lutale are currently entangled in a legal and administrative conundrum due to a breakdown in communication between the military court martial and prison authorities.

Initially remanded by the military court to a specified date, the two found themselves in an unusual predicament when that date arrived without any further directive being issued regarding their legal status.
