Drama as Bodyguards Take Action As Stray Dog Runs Towards President Yoweri Museveni

President Yoweri Museveni has called upon Ugandans to take advantage of the Parish Development Fund in order to create wealth for their families.

Several sources have confirmed that President Yoweri Museveni who was speaking about unemployment in Uganda went on to call out the Opposition for allegedly telling Ugandans that the government has refused to employ them.

In his own words, the President stated that the government can't employ all citizens adding that what the government can do is to create a conducive environment for Ugandans to work in.

President Yoweri Museveni :I would like to call upon Ugandans to take advantage of the Parish Development fund in order to create wealth. It is so unfortunate that the members of the opposition are telling Ugandans that the government has refused to employ them this is not true, the government can't employ all Ugandans, what we can do is create an environment for them to work in.

This is happening at the same time when the bodyguards of President Yoweri Kaguta were forced to chase away a dog that attempted to run towards President Yoweri Museveni.
