RIP: Renowned Uganda Police Detective Dies In A Fatal Road Accident
Reports of the demise of a celebrated police detective surfaced online leading to a sombre mood.
According to Bugisu Intellectual Forum, the deceased identified as CID Peter Woniala from Bulambuli was a police detective working with Uganda Police Force. Sources revealed that he was reportedly knocked down by a charity boy. The efforts of saving his life turned futile as he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital. Peter Woniala was eulogized as a dedicated officer who was passionate in serving the country.
The body is currently preserved at the hospital morgue pending an autopsy test to ascertain what really transpired. Burial preparations are also underway. Ugandans online joined hands in sending their condoling messages to the bereaved family. They mourned the late as a skillful officer whose presence will be greatly missed.
