New Revelations Emerge on Dr. Kiggundu’s Mysterious Death

A thick cloud of mystery surrounds the sudden death of Dr. Spire Kiggundu, a prominent Henrob Hospital physician, whose lifeless body was discovered in Room R111 of a lodge in Kajjansi under puzzling conditions.

The doctor had checked in discreetly through the back entrance, informing receptionists he’d only stay briefly.

According to lodge staff, Dr. Kiggundu left his door ajar, an unusual move that suggested he might have been expecting company. Hours later, he was still unresponsive, prompting staff to call police when he failed to check out.

Officers found him lying still, surrounded by $1,370, UGX 93,000, two used HIV test kits, and half-consumed bottles of water and juice.

CCTV footage revealed a woman entering the lodge around the same time the doctor’s phone went off and leaving in a rush with a black plastic bag. Authorities suspect this mysterious visitor may hold the key to the case.
