Diplomat Rugari to Marry Ex-Miss Uganda’s Sister as Estranged Wife Sits Behind Bars

Diplomat Christopher Rugari’s marriage to Joline Kanoheri has been making headlines due to its tumultuous end.

As the divorce goes on, sources close to the matter reveal that Rugari has been romantically linked to Jackie Karema, sister of former Miss Uganda Hannah Tumukunde Karema. The two allegedly began their relationship in 2019 and live together in Entebbe.
