Frank Gashumba and Malaika welcome their first child

Outspoken social commentator Frank Gashumba and his wife, Patience Mutoni Malaika, have welcomed their first child together.

The revelation was made by Gashumba while appearing on Radio 4 this morning.

“I am pleased to announce the arrival of our new child. Both my wife, Malaika, and the baby are in good health,” Gashumba said.

In May this year, Gashumba was officially introduced by Malaika to her parents in Ssembabule District.

Gashumba revealed that he fulfilled all the requirements from Malaika’s parents, including paying Shs6 million in cash and providing 12 cows. He added that preparations are already underway for what he described as the “biggest” wedding
