Bobi Wine: Stay Away from Smoking and Alcohol.

Singer-turned-politician Bobi Wine has encouraged young people in Soroti, especially the “foot soldiers” who support political activities, to stay sober and protect their future.

While addressing his political party, National Unity Platform (NUP) allies (Foot soljas), Bobi Wine advised them to avoid harmful habits.

“I discourage you from smoking; stay away from alcohol. A sober mind is a very important resource,” he said.

His message comes as part of his continued effort to inspire the youth to pursue productive lives.

Bobi Wine, who rose from the Ghetto to become a global figure in music and politics, often uses his personal journey to motivate young people facing similar struggles.

It should be recalled that Bobi Wine is one of the few public figures who have openly shared stories of humble beginnings, later transforming into an inspirational symbol for many across the world.

His call for sobriety adds to his broader message of discipline, resilience, and self-empowerment among Uganda’s youth.
