Tragedy at UCU as Civil Engineering Student Drowns
The Uganda Christian University (UCU) community is mourning the tragic loss of one of its students, Muhoozi Edgar Tumwebaze, who drowned while swimming.
Muhoozi, a student in the Faculty of Civil Engineering, reportedly got into distress while swimming under circumstances that are still being established. He was rushed to C-Care Hospital for emergency medical attention, but despite efforts by health workers to save his life, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
