Iran nuclear complex 'hit 10 times as fire erupts' and 'danger' update issued
An Iranian nuclear facility is on fire after being hit, according to the country's media.
The Khondab Heavy Water Complex, part of the Arak Nuclear Complex, was attacked twice today, reported the Fars news agency while eyewitnesses on Iranian channels claimed the complex suffered "about 10" hits.
State media says "pre-emptive" safety measures have been put in place and currently there is not considered to be a danger to the local population from radiation.
It said that two projectiles hit the facility, while others were repelled by air defence systems.
