Police Chief Caged for Robbing Shs370M from City Businessman

Territorial police in Kampala are holding their own officer for allegedly conniving with a UPDF officer to rob city businessman, Robert Seguya cash worth 100,000 USD (Shs.370M).

The crafty police chief, identified as Assistant Superintendent of police, Rogers Musana -the office in charge of Kalerwe police station, was arrested on April 10, 2026

It’s reported that the money hungry police boss connived with a yet to be identified UPDF officer attached to Bombo Army Barracks and put on gunpoint businessman Robert Seguya whom they coerced to withdraw Shs.370M (100,000 USD) from one of banks in Kampala.

Preliminary findings indicate that Afande Musana has been coordinating lethal robberies in Kampala and has allegedly profited from them.
