Bruno K appeals for full custody of son amid public disagreement

Bruno K has opened up about his ongoing disagreement with one of his baby mamas, Vanessa, expressing frustration over ongoing misunderstandings behind the scenes regarding their son, Seth Kigundu.

During a TikTok Live, the singer emotionally appealed to the child’s mother to hand over full custody, stating that he is ready to take full responsibility.

I’ve had enough from you blackmailing me, please give me my child.

Explaining how the issues began, Bruno K revealed that he initially requested a DNA test to confirm paternity, noting that they had only spent one night together.

He emphasized that he wanted the process to remain private. However, according to him, the child’s mother went ahead and shared the DNA results, along with his voice notes, with bloggers, something he strongly opposed.

After the results confirmed he was indeed the father, tensions reportedly escalated further. Bruno K recounted how the mother suggested enrolling the child in a school that charges UGX 2.5 million per term, despite her limited financial contribution.

She suggested a school that pays 2.5m per term and when I asked her how much she had off that, she said only UGX 300,000.

He further claimed that the child was eventually taken to that school against his wishes, something he said he reluctantly accepted at the time.

The situation was made worse, he added, by accusations from the mother that he was using their child for social media attention, claims that led him to stop posting the child altogether.

Bruno K also addressed the impact of the public narrative surrounding him, stating that allegations of neglect damaged both his reputation and career.

They made it seem like I don’t take care of my child. It affected me so much, I couldn’t even get brand endorsements after everything they put on social media.

Despite everything, the singer says he is now in a better place and is determined to move forward, insisting that he wants custody of his son so he can raise him in a stable environment, even considering taking him to a boarding school.
