Amelia Nambala reveals how her daughter was targeted with a poisoned birthday cake

Singer Amelia Nambala has recounted a shocking incident in which her daughter was allegedly targeted with a poisoned cake on her birthday.

According to Nambala, the family narrowly avoided tragedy after they chose not to eat the cake during the birthday celebrations.

She revealed that a close friend had attempted to warn her about the suspected poisoning but was unable to reach her at the time.

It was only the following morning, after returning the missed call, that she received the alarming information.

“We didn’t eat the cake that day. The person who wanted to alert me had called earlier, but I didn’t pick up. When I spoke to him the next morning, he informed me about the issue.”

To confirm the warning, Nambala said they gave the cake to a dog, which later died after consuming it.

“I learned where it came from because I knew the person who delivered the cake. When we gave it to the dog, it ate it and passed on.”

The incident left her shaken, highlighting what she described as a deliberate attempt to harm her family.
