“They Took Everything” — Journalist Samson Kasumba Recounts Alleged Fraud That Left Him With Massive Property Loss in Muyenga

NBS television journalist Samson Kasumba has spoken about his personal experiences with what he describes as injustice in Uganda, while also reaffirming his deep attachment to the country.

Kasumba said Uganda, in his view, is far from perfect and that its shortcomings have had direct consequences on his life.

He cited an incident in which he was allegedly evicted from a rented house in Muyenga through what he termed unlawful means involving individuals linked to the courts and a Divisional Police Commander (DPC).
