Panic as Security Is Suddenly Withdrawn from Speaker Annet Anita Among’s Kololo Residence

KAMPALA, Uganda — Panic has gripped the camp of the Rt. Hon. Speaker of Parliament, Ms. Anita Annet Among Magogo, following the withdrawal of all soldiers providing security at her Kololo residence.

The withdrawal of the soldiers was carried out this afternoon under unclear circumstances.

According to a highly placed source, the Speaker was not informed about the development.

This publication has also learnt that the Speaker will not be part of the officials expected to receive guests at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds tomorrow during the swearing-in of President Museveni.
