Why Defeated And New NRM Cardre Nsibambi May Not Appear On M7 Cabinate

According to rumors from within Statehouse, President Museveni has cancelled plans of deploying defeated Mawokota South legislator Yusuf Nsibambi in his government offices because of his past dirty deals.

The detailed warning was in a dossier from intelligence organizations led by spys in International Security Organization (ISO) that they tabled to Gen Museveni in Statehouse.

Highly placed State House sources revealed that Museveni tasked the said intelligence organizations to guide him on appointing Nsibambi as a Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs however the information they got was shocking.

Intelligence told the President that Nsibambi left a dirty record in the Office of Kampala District Land Board (KDLB)where he was a chairperson that even Justice Catherine Bamugemereire’s land probe report, recommended that Nsibambi be criminally prosecuted for offences related to abuse of office, negligence which resulted to loss of public properties especially land while he was the KDLB chair and that he Illegally allocated school land and public road reserves to Kampala city tycoons.

Sources say troubled Speaker Among had advised Nsibambi to cross from FDC to NRM so that a deal can be made for him to start working in the new cabinet which he also did not knowing it will end intears.

An excited Nsibambi was later sneaked into Statehouse and held a meeting with the President where he gave false information that NUP supporters and officials were planing secret rebel activities and an uprising under the protest Vote idea , he also gave Gen Museveni several ideas on how can defeat National Unity Platform strongman Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu in recent president elections not knowing that all were empty promises and will end in tears.

We nkw here that Museveni has advised Nsibambi and others to just form a SACCO that he may think of giving them cash to sustain themselves for the next five years.
