MP Who Was Among’s Friend Says They Knew All the Rot But Feared Sycophants Like David Kabanda, Basalirwa & Kibalya

Bukoto central MP Richard Sebamala says for five years, MPs knew all the rot at parliament but never spoke out because they feared to be abused and humiliated by Anita Among.

He said on Buganda kingdom media that MPs had a lot of grievances including committee’s facilitation money being diverted to the speaker’s office but they feared to be framed and punished if they criticised the top leadership.

Sebamala who supporters of Mao in DP say was propped up and funded by Anita Among to disorganize Mao, adds that as a friend he always went to her office to advise Anita Among on the costly mistakes that were going on but he was always frustrated by a group of about 30 MPs who always surrounded the speaker and prevented her from knowing the truth.

He says these 30 MPs had no other job apart from benching at the speaker’s homes and offices wherever she would be. He says these MPs would eat breakfast, lunch and supper at the speaker’s home. They also spread false rumors to create war between the speaker and MPs with good intentions.

He says they included David Kabanda for whom the speaker bought a posh car and gave a fuel card as if he was a staff of parliament. He says the public should understand and forgive David Kabanda because he was on a special mission to be around Anita Among and do whatever he did to her.

Sebamala says the other MPs who misled Anita Among included Asuman Basalirwa, Maurice Kibalya, Dan Komosho, Cissy Namujju, Ester Afoyochan, Solomon Silwanyi and others. He says that in total there are 30 such MPs.

There is also Anthony Akol and Martin Ojara Mapenduzi who has already deserted Anita Among by making a u-turn to become general Kainerugaba’s praise singer.

Mapenduzi over the weekend praised the military for coming in to clean up the top leadership at parliament since the institution was no longer capable of cleaning shit off itself. The same white-bearded Mapenduzi was always a loud praise singer of Anita Among.
