Pastor Bujjingo condemns ‘big pastors’ for snubbing Joseph Ngooma’s sold-out concert

Pastor Aloysius Bujjingo has criticized fellow religious leaders for what he described as their failure to support gospel singer Joseph Ngooma during his concert held over the weekend.

Speaking to his congregation, Bujjingo accused some church leaders of harboring ill intentions and failing to genuinely support fellow Christians, despite publicly expressing solidarity.

We have leaders with evil hearts who spread hatred among people. I’m happy to have Damasco Ssesanga with us today. He’s from House of Prayer. On Saturday, we attended Joseph Ngooma’s concert and filled Lugogo with born-again Christians. The venue became so full that some people were turned away because there was no more space.

The pastor questioned why many of the prominent pastors in Kampala did not attend the concert, despite Ngooma having ministered in their churches on numerous occasions.

There is no church among these so-called big pastors in town that Joseph Ngooma has not visited to perform, yet I didn’t see any of you at his concert. That is a sign of bad hearts. I will say it boldly because no one else will tell you.

These people have hard hearts. When the artist is with them, they pretend to support him, but once he leaves, they create excuses for why they cannot attend his event. Have good hearts, and I thank everyone who came and supported the concert.

Bujjingo also urged his congregation to extend the same support to gospel singer Damasco Ssesanga by attending his upcoming concert scheduled for August 14 at the Ndere Cultural Centre.
