Umukuka III to Invite King Mswati to 2026 Imbalu Celebrations

The Inzu Ya Masaba spokesperson, Mr. Steven Masiga, has confirmed to this publication that His Royal Highness the Umukuka of the Bamasaba people is on an official working visit to Southern African countries, including Swaziland, Malawi, South Africa, and Lesotho.
Mr. Masiga further briefed the press that His Royal Highness departed from Entebbe International Airport via Ethiopian Airlines. As per government protocol, he travels first class and holds a diplomatic passport. He landed in South Africa six hours later.
His Royal Highness Jude Mike Mudoma, the Umukuka III of the Bamasaba people, was accompanied by Her Royal Highness Annet Mudoma, his spouse, and other Inzu Ya Masaba officials, including:
Hon. Vincent Woboya, Minister for Disaster and Emergencies
Hon. William Wanyoto Anthony, Secretary to the Cabinet
Hon. Samuel Watulastu, Minister for Foreign Affairs
Hon. Sam Kuloba, Minister for Education
Hon. Wadada David, Financial Mobilizer
Hon. Wilson Metrine Nangila, Minister
Mrs. Irene Watulastu, Equerry of the Nabachelema Foundation
According to Mr. Masiga, His Royal Highness the Umukuka is expected to pay a courtesy visit to His Majesty King Mswati III of Eswatini to officially invite him as a chief guest during the upcoming 2026 Imbalu celebrations in Mutoto, which is approximately 500 days away.
His Royal Highness and his entourage will also visit several Bamasaba clusters in South Africa, make an official entry into the University of Western Cape, meet with Ugandan Embassy officials in South Africa, and interact with the business community to encourage investment in Masabaland.
