Eddy Kenzo Defends Gravity Omutujju and Lil Pazo Over Performance Ban
The President of the Uganda National Musicians Federation, Eddy Kenzo, has criticized the UNCC for banning performances by Gravity Omutujju and Lil Pazo.
Kenzo argued that the UNCC lacks the authority to impose such bans, which should fall under the jurisdiction of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC).
"UNCC has no mandate to summon or ban artists from performing. They should have consulted the musicians' leadership before taking such actions. You can’t regulate someone without offering support," he stated.
