A photo of the Former inspector General of Police, General Kayihura walking in the streets without bodyguards after retirement has caught the attention of Ugandans who took to their different social media platforms to speak on this.
Several sources have confirmed that Mr. Kayihura was spotted walking by a Ugandan who took his photo, shared it on social media platforms catching the attention of Ugandans who took to their different social media platforms to speak on this.
According to the reports given by most Ugandans, there is nothing wrong with what the former inspector General of Police was doing, these Ugandans went on to say that him walking alone means that he retired in peace.
Other Ugandans who also took to their different social media platforms to speak on this urged all officers and leaders to stay humble adding that the former inspector General of Police was once a powerful man.
This is happening at the same time when the Uganda Police Force has stated that the Deployment of the Joint Anti-Terrorism Taskforce in Kawempe North was lawful adding that the force was formed legally.
This was after members of the National Unity Platform asked why JATT operatives were sent to Kawempe North.
