As it's Mother's Day today, many Ugandans are posting pictures of their beautiful mothers along with heartfelt notes.

Spice Diana, a well-known female singer and Ugandan celebrity, was left speechless following the comments and reactions she got from some of her fans after sharing a picture of her mother today.

Many of her admirers mistakenly believed it to be her elder. The musician was compelled to publish another image in order to make it clear that the individual standing next to her is actually her mother rather than her older sister.

Many people would have assumed that it was her sister if she hadn't clarified.

Spice Diana, however, went on to make the distinction even more evident by sharing pictures of herself as a youngster with her mother.

Spice Diana's adversary in the music industry, Sheebah Karungi, also celebrated Mother's Day in style.

As a mother, Sheebah had to embrace the new day, especially because she is also finally a mother.
