We can now reliably confirm that Sheilah Gashumba will be reporting to a new mother in the Frank Gashumba household.
The new mother is none other than Patience Mutoni Malaika. It is the Angel that blew Frank out of this potholed city
According to friends, Frank Gashumba was just tired of this Kampala coldness. Mbu there is a way the mpeewos can blow and bring those bu-shivers. Also, Sheilah needed a new mother especially as she plans to go global.
