How Museveni's Quiet Plan to Groom Muhoozi for Presidency is Slowly

Many people believe President Museveni wants his son, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, to become the next leader of Uganda.
This idea comes from how much Muhoozi has been promoted and involved in politics and the military. But now, this plan seems to be causing problems for Museveni and his government.
Muhoozi often uses social media, especially Twitter, where he sometimes says things that upset other countries and political opponents.
These words have caused trouble with Uganda’s neighbors and made some foreign countries unhappy. Museveni even had to apologize to the United States after Muhoozi’s harsh comments about the American ambassador. This was embarrassing for the government.
Inside Museveni’s ruling party, many leaders do not like how Muhoozi is gaining power. Muhoozi started a group called the Patriotic League of Uganda to build support, but many senior party members see it as a threat. This has caused fights and anger inside the party.
Although Muhoozi travels around the country to meet people, many say his support mostly comes from government workers who are told to attend his events. Most ordinary people, especially in rural areas, do not seem very excited about Muhoozi becoming president. They are more concerned about jobs, money, and daily life.
Muhoozi’s strong military background is not helping much. Many people think having a soldier as president means more fighting and less peace. Some also believe Muhoozi’s promotions are because of who his father is, not because of his abilities. This makes many Ugandans unhappy.
Opposition leaders use Muhoozi’s rise to warn that Uganda should not be ruled like a family business. They say the president’s son should not just take power without fair elections.
Outside Uganda, other countries worry about what will happen if Muhoozi becomes president. They want Uganda to have fair elections and leaders chosen by the people, not by family ties or the army
