Waiswa Mufumbiro cleared in arson case by Nakawa Magistrate
A Grade One Nakawa Magistrate, Frank Namanya, has dismissed the arson case against Waiswa Mufumbiro, the NUP deputy spokesperson. He had been facing charges of inciting violence to commit murder. The court heard that the prosecution failed to clearly state where in Kampala the alleged offence was committed, making it difficult to determine the exact location of the incident. However, Waiswa remains in custody on separate charges related to alleged involvement in a military drill. He was produced before the Nakawa Magistrate’s Court today.
