The suspect, Nantongo Hadijjah, 32, is currently detained at Natete Police Station following the fatal incident that happened in Wakaliga Zone B in the early hours of Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Ssebugwawo Mike, a 43-year-old mechanic and resident of Wakaliga Zone in Rubaga Division.

According to police, the deadly drama unfolded at around 2:00 AM after the deceased reportedly went to Nantongo’s residence following several unanswered phone calls.
