Two bus victims of KDLG in Kyenjojo transferred in Kasese
Two victims of Mwase “Thuhimbe Kasese” bus accident that occurred this morning at Kayihura, near Kyenjojo District, have been transferred to Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital in Kasese for specialized treatment.
The Kasese District Chairperson, Mr. Erifaz Muhindi, who rushed to the scene, said that the critically injured civil servants among the 23 passengers are now out of danger. These include, Sabiti Franco, the driver, and Israel Bikoba, the Senior Assistant Town Clerk of Katwe-Kabatooro Town Council.

The bus was carrying 23 passengers who were traveling to attend a thanksgiving ceremony for the Kasese Assistant RDC in charge of Busongora County, Mr. Richard Nsengeyanva, in Lusarira, Mubende District.
