MTN Uganda Announces Pulse Undergraduate Internship Program for 2026

Leading telecom giant MTN Uganda has officially opened applications for its MTN Pulse Undergraduate Internship Program 2026, offering university students a chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

The internship program, which is open to 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students, is designed to equip young professionals with practical skills, industry exposure, and mentorship opportunities that prepare them for the future of work.

According to the company, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application by allowing interns to work on projects that impact millions of customers across Uganda.

A Gateway Into the Telecom Industry

Successful applicants will be placed in various departments across the organization, including Finance, Customer Experience, Sales & Distribution, Human Resources, Technology (IT & Networks), Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Risk & Compliance, among others.

Participants will gain firsthand experience working alongside industry experts, while also building professional networks and developing competencies that extend beyond academic training.
