Did Rt Hon Sekandi, Kadaga, and the late Oulanya know that a lot of money was in the Parliamentary SACCO account?

After reading on social media how money totaling Shs 4,190,000,000 was withdrawn within 8 hours, I feel perturbed, and my question is: did the previous Speakers know of this money being kept in the Parliamentary SACCO account? If they knew, what made them not use it the way the current leadership of Parliament has allegedly used it?

Did the previous Speakers not have any outreach programs that would require the massive withdrawal of that money from the Parliamentary SACCO account, or were their minds clouded by being villagers? Did they not know where to go, or were they more patriotic than the current leaders of Parliament?

If it is true that the money was withdrawn as per the purported documents, then, dear Ugandans, believe me, Rt. Hon. Anita Among used that money to sponsor parliamentary candidates against other candidates.

In every corner I have reached in Eastern, Central, Northern, and Karamoja, people who aspired for parliamentary seats and lost are cursing Rt. Hon. Anita Among, alleging she was behind their failure after she allegedly used her network to send millions of shillings to support candidates of her interest, whether from the opposition or not.

And to make things worse, this money was allegedly used to target NRM flag bearers. Every call I receive from Ugandans carries the message that Rt. Hon. Anita Among used money to influence leaders and electorates.

Ugandans feel that 80% of MPs who won elections were sponsored by the Rt. Hon. Speaker Among against the will of the people, and that this is where the money from the Parliamentary SACCO may have gone.

My advice to my sister Rt. Hon. Anita Among is: wherever you are, please kneel down and ask for forgiveness. Ugandans are not happy with you at all, and if words could kill a person, trust me, my sister, you would have died two years ago.

You can ask yourself: ever since these issues started, how many Itesots have you seen raising their voices defending you? I want to assure you that if the government arrests you now and locks you up in prison, you will not see a single Itesot person protesting for your release, unlike what they did for Hon. Mike Mukula. Instead, Ajon, the local Iteso brew, will be exhausted in Teso as a sign of celebration.

They protested for Hon. Mukula’s release because they saw something he had done.

I am glad I have only seen our papa Emorimor raising his voice, but that may not be enough. As your brother, please repent and ask for forgiveness, even if you have done nothing wrong.
